We have a keyword-searchable Video Training Library for the fastest results. Our searchable library has videos & articles to help guide you through the most commonly asked questions and advanced feature set up, based on your business needs.  

We also offer chat support (available from 9 AM - 4:30 PM Central, Monday - Friday ) and email support at support@reisoftware.com

You can access both our Help Library and Chat Support when you log in to your REI Software account and click Support on the left-hand menu.
